Upload your original works (improvisations on standards or arrangements), which have already been filed with a Collecting agency and a publisher. Your works will appear in the Library along with those from artists who have shaped the very history of Jazz! This will require a yearly fee.
So you can begin to contribute to the project publishing both your transcriptions of improvisations by jazz greats as well as your own extemporaneous originals. You can also record and publish your orchestral arrangements with us, but only those parts which are completely original.
The Jazz Improvisation Library is a ground-breaking project which aims to collect and record the historical and modern creativity of jazz by using its own numerous variations. Library consultation is free, however to view and download files, you must create an account. We welcome donations to support and cultivate the project.
We will update you, regularly on the project's developments along with all news regarding Jazz and improvisation copyright.
